I hate that the Dad Bod has become accepted, almost celebrated.
1) It’s unhealthy – yup, it puts you on the path to diabetes and almost every other chronic disease.
2) It’s poor role modelling – how can any Dad guide and educate their kids when they can’t even look after themselves?
3) It’s unnecessary – just 60 to 90mins of Strength Training per week and a few mindset changes about food and it’ll change.
But most won’t do anything about it.
Perhaps the main reason it’s been accepted: apathy.
As my father always says: Dead fish go with the flow.
